Value stream analysis 4.0

The method Value Stream Analysis 4.0 describes an additional enrichment of the previously common static value stream design.

In order to reduce digital waste, a very detailed breakdown of information flows from and to process and supermarket objects along the value stream is mapped.

If the previous modelling mainly included order transfers with information flow edges, the extended value stream method 4.0 can also be used to model detailed information transfer processes for specific attributes via precisely specified media.
